Q4 2025 Europe Roundup: Community Cleanups, Drug Prevention and Human Rights Education

Across Q4 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology community initiatives carried out a range of local activities in several European countries. The quarter’s roundup featured neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-awareness distribution initiatives and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.

The roundup references work in several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers working with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.

Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping news eu taxonomy public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone.
